The Red Deer Family Resource Network (FRN) serves children, youth, parents, and caregivers with children and youth ages 0-24 in Red Deer. Funded by the Government of Alberta, the FRN provides free and low-cost family support services, parenting programs, child and youth development opportunities, and community-based resources that help families thrive.

Our programs and services are designed to promote healthy child and youth development, strengthen caregiver confidence and capacity, and build meaningful connections within the community. Since 2020, the Red Deer Family Resource Network has worked to ensure families have access to programs, services, and events that support resilience, well-being, and positive family outcomes.

From early learning groups for young children to life skills programs for youth and support for parents and caregivers, the FRN offers something for every stage of family life.

The Red Deer Family Resource Network offers a variety of free programs that support healthy child development, positive parenting, youth well-being, and strong family relationships.
